Common use of Application of Trust Money Clause in Contracts

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.03, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal and any premium and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0310.3, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 4.1 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal and any premium and interest or Additional Amounts for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0310.3, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 4.1 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal and any premium and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

ARTICLE TWELVE

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0311.03, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 Sections 5.01 and 5.02 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company Issuer or any Guarantor acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.039.3 hereof, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 3.1 hereof shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Application of Trust Money. Money so held in trust is not subject to Article XIV.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0311.03, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 Sections 5.01 and 5.02 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.034.03, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 12.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) ), as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest interest, if any, for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.03, all money and Government Obligations deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal and any premium and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0310.07, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 shall be held in trust (without liability to the Holders for interest or investment) and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with or received by the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.03, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest (and Liquidated Damages, if any), for whose payment such money has been deposited with the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0310.3, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 4.1 shall be held in trust and applied by itthe Trustee, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Debentures and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal and any premium principal, premium, if any, and interest for whose the payment of which such money has been deposited with or received by the Trustee.

Application of Trust Money. Subject to the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 10.0310.07, all money deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as its own Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Persons entitled thereto, of the principal (and any premium premium, if any) and interest for whose payment such money has been deposited with or received by the Trustee.
