Common use of Application of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Application of this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to investments made prior to and after its entry into force by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party. It shall not, however, apply to investment disputes arising before its entry into force.
