Application of Rates, Terms and Conditions. (a) The rates, terms and conditions contained within this document, hereinafter referred to as “Rates, Terms and Conditions,” are applicable to the provision of Interstate Long Distance Service and International Long Distance Service, hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as "Service", by Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Company", as specified herein. Service is furnished subject to the availability of facilities and subject to transmission, atmospheric and like conditions. By accepting Service from the Company, the Customer accepts these Rates, Terms and Conditions as a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.
Application of Rates, Terms and Conditions. 1.1.A The rates, terms and conditions contained within this document, hereinafter referred to as “Rates, Terms and Conditions,” are applicable to the provision of Interstate Long Distance Service and International Long Distance Service, hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as "Service", by WEST CAROLINA COMMUNICATIONS, LLC D/B/A/ WEST CAROLINA LONG DISTANCE, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", as specified herein. Service is furnished subject to the availability of facilities and subject to transmission, atmospheric and like conditions. By accepting Service from the Company, the Customer accepts these Rates, Terms and Conditions as a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.
Application of Rates, Terms and Conditions. 1.1.E The Rates, Terms and Conditions contained herein are not applicable to Intrastate Long Distance Service. The Company provides Intrastate Long Distance Service under S.C. Xxxxxx Xx. 0 filed with the South Carolina Public Service Commission. Not withstanding the inapplicability of the Rates, Terms and Conditions to Intrastate Long Distance Service, the rates for certain Intrastate Long Distance Services tariffed in the S.C. Xxxxxx Xx. 0 may or may not be the same as rates for the corresponding Interstate Long Distance Service under the Rates, Terms and Conditions. The S.C. Tariff No. 2 may be viewed at the Company’s offices.

Application of Rates, Terms and Conditions. Calls to and from certain international locations may be blocked by the Company, without constituting a change in the Rates, Terms and Conditions, and without requiring notice to identify any blocked international locations, which may vary from time to time, if necessary to prevent unlawful or fraudulent use of the Service. By accepting Service from the Company, the Customer accepts these Rates, Terms and Conditions as a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.

Service is furnished subject to the availability of facilities and subject to transmission, atmospheric and like conditions. By accepting Service from the Company, the Customer accepts these Rates, Terms and Conditions as a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.
Application of Rates, Terms and Conditions. 1.1.E Intrastate Long Distance Service provided under the Rates, Terms and Conditions are limited to calls originating and terminating within the same state in the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. The Rates, Terms and Conditions contained herein are not applicable to Intrastate Long Distance Service for calls originating and terminating within the same state in the state of Minnesota. The Company provides Intrastate Long Distance Service for calls both originating and terminating in Minnesota under M.P.U.C. Tariff No. 1 filed with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. Not withstanding the inapplicability of the Rates, Terms and Conditions to Minnesota Intrastate Long Distance Services, the rates for certain Interstate Long Distance Services may be the same as rates for the corresponding Intrastate Long Distance Service offered under tariff.
