Application of Insufficient Payments. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, to pay interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties, and (ii) second, to pay principal then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.

If Subject to Section 7.02, if at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, to pay interest fees, expenses and fees other amounts then due to the Administrative Agent hereunder, (ii) second, to pay interest, fees and other amounts then due to the Lenders hereunder ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due to such parties, and (ii) second, to pay principal then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.and

Application of Insufficient Payments. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, to pay interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due hereunderhereunder (except those covered by clause (ii) below of this Section 2.16(b)), ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties, and (ii) second, to pay principal then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent does not receive sufficient funds to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest and fees then due hereunderunder the Financing Documents, such funds shall be applied (i) first, to pay interest and fees then due hereunderunder this Agreement, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties, and (ii) second, to pay principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunderunder this Agreement, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

Application of Insufficient Payments. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, any amounts owed to pay any Agent hereunder, (ii) second, towards payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties, and (iiiii) secondthird, to pay towards payment of principal then due hereunder, ratably pro rata among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, to pay interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due to such parties, and (ii) second, to pay principal then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.

Application of Insufficient Payments. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest interest, and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (ivi) first, to pay interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties, and (iivii) second, to pay principal then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, interest interest, fees and fees other amounts then due and payable hereunder, such funds shall be applied (iin accordance with an order of priority consistent with Section 3.2(d) firstof the Depositary Agreement and then, after application thereof, to pay interest and fees other amounts then due and payable hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees such other amounts then due to such parties, and (ii) second, to pay principal then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due payable to such parties.
