Application for Leaves. All leaves of ten (10) consecutive work days or less will be requested through and approved by the principal or immediate supervisor. Extended leaves of more than ten (10) days, with or without pay, will be requested through the Extended Leave Clerk’s Office in the Department of Human Resources. Employees shall notify supervisors with a two (2) week notice of their intent to take an extended leave of absence.
