Common use of Application for Employment Clause in Contracts

Application for Employment. Employee understands and agrees that, as a condition of this Agreement, he shall not be entitled to any employment with the Company following the Termination Date or the earlier termination of his employment with the Company, and he hereby waives any right, or alleged right, of employment or re-employment with the Company. Employee further agrees that he will not apply for employment with the Company once his employment has been terminated.
