Application for Advance. Lender’s standard form of “Application For Advance” certified by Borrower (if required by Lender, also certified by the general contractor for the Project) to Lender, specifying by name, address and amount all parties who have provided, or to whom Borrower is obligated for providing labor, materials or services for the construction of the Improvements, and all other expenses incident to the Loan, the Project or the construction of the Improvements, whether or not specified in the Project Budget, and requesting a disbursement of proceeds of the Loan for the payment of such items.
Application for Advance. The term “Application for Advance” shall mean a written request for an Advance by Borrower on that form which Lender may approve and accompanied by those attachments that Lender may reasonably request.
Application for Advance. Borrower shall deliver to Agent a Notice of Borrowing not later than 10:00 A.M. (Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time, as applicable) at least one (1) Business Day prior to the date such Advance is to be made, in the case of a Base Rate Advance, and at least three (3) LIBOR Business Days prior to the date such Advance is to be made, in the case of a LIBOR Advance. Prior to delivering a Notice of Borrowing, Borrower may (without specifying whether the Advance shall be a Base Rate Advance or a LIBOR Advance) request that Agent provide Borrower with the most recent LIBOR Rate available to Agent. Agent shall endeavor to provide such quoted rate to Borrower and to Lenders on the date of such request.
Application for Advance. The term "Application for Advance" shall mean a written application on Lender's prescribed form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 2.11(b), certified by Borrower and Architect addressed to Lender specifying by name, current address, and amount all parties to whom Borrower is obligated for labor, materials, or services supplied for the construction of the Improvements and all other expenses incident to the Loan, the Property, and the construction of the Improvements, whether or not specified in the Approved Budget, requesting an Advance for the payment of such items, accompanied by such schedules, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills, and other documents as Lender may reasonably request.
Application for Advance. An Application for Advance, together with a completed Borrowing Base Certificate, each signed by a duly authorized officer of Borrower.
Application for Advance. The term “Application for Advance” shall mean a written application by Borrower (and such other parties as Lender may require) to Lender utilizing (i) the Draw Request form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “X-x”, (ii) the Draw Request Certification to be signed by Borrower, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B-2”. (iii) the American Institute of Architects’ Forms G-702 and G-703, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit “B-3” and (iv) the Contractor Draw Request Certification to be signed by the Contractor, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B-4”] and if requested by Lender, a Contractor’s Affidavit of Bills Paid described in Section 2.05(b), all accompanied by such schedules, certificates, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills, and other documents as Lender may reasonably request.
Application for Advance. Borrower shall deliver to Agent a Notice of Borrowing at least one Business Day prior to any Prime Rate Advance and at least three Business Days prior to any Eurodollar Advance. Each Notice of Borrowing must be received by Agent no later than 1:00 p.m. (Dallas, Texas time) as of the applicable date. Prior to making a Notice of Borrowing, Borrower may (without specifying whether the Advance shall be a Prime Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Advance) request that Agent provide Borrower with the most recent Eurodollar Rate. Agent shall endeavor to provide such quoted rate to Borrower on the date of such request.
Application for Advance. The term "Application for Advance" shall mean a written application on an AIA or other forms as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, by Borrower (and such other parties as Lender may require) to Lender specifying by name, current address, and amount all independent third parties to whom Borrower is obligated for labor, materials, or services supplied for the construction of the Improvements and 7 all other expenses incident to the Loan, the Property, and the construction of the Improvements and specifying those budgeted items which have been performed by Borrower's employees, requesting an Advance for reimbursement for the payment of such items, containing an Affidavit of Borrower, accompanied by such schedules, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills, and other documents as Lender and Title Company may reasonably request provided such affidavits, releases and waivers shall only be required for independent third parties as specified in the Application for Advance.
