Applicable Laws and Policies a) This agreement and all other documents to be delivered in connection with this agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, and all City By-laws. In addition, all such documents (including this agreement), or notice thereof, may be publicly registered in such fashion as may be necessary to preserve or protect the interest of the City.
Applicable Laws and Policies. All education, research and other activities conducted at both institutions pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, policies and rules of each country, including without limitation corresponding student conduct and student discipline policies. SCU and [partner institution] will have the right to terminate participants from the program in accordance with their own policies. Whenever practicable, termination of a participant in the program or other discipline will not occur without prior consultation between SCU and [partner institution]. SCU and [partner institution] shall inform participating students that they are subject to policies and laws regarding ownership, assignment and management of intellectual property, including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks and copyright, to the extent such interests and rights arise out of the program or activities covered under this agreement.
Applicable Laws and Policies a. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement and all questions arising there under shall be construed according to the laws of the State of California.
Applicable Laws and Policies a) NCTC will access, acquire, retain, use, and disseminate information, including United States person information, (i) pursuant to the relevant standards of Executive Order 12333, as amended, (ii) as consistent with the National Security Act of 1947, as amended, and (iii) as authorized by law or regulations, other applicable provisions of law, including applicable privacy laws and laws and regulations governing the acquisition of information. These Guidelines do not apply to information the retention, use, and dissemination of which is governed by court order or court-approved procedures.

All Parties will comply with Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and all applicable federal laws, regulations, action transmittals, and other directives, instructions, and requirements of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Child Support Enforcement, including but not limited to, applicable federal and state information privacy laws. All parties will comply with other applicable state statutes governing the child support program; state child support procedures; and applicable Minnesota laws and statutes.
Applicable Laws and Policies. (a) Municipal Alcohol Policy, City By-laws, Occupational Health & Safety Act The Club shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the City, including the Municipal Alcohol Policy, all City By-laws including but not limited to the Smoking By-law and Noise By-law, and, all standards including but not limited to volunteer and employee screening and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
