Applicable Law and Dispute. 7.1 You acknowledge and agree that any controversy arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services or any aspect of the relationship between you and us, whether based in contract, tort, stature, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) in accordance with Arbitration Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC Rules”) then in effect. Arbitration proceedings shall be confidential, and shall be conducted in a manner that preserves such confidentiality. The arbitrator's decision shall follow the plain meaning of the relevant documents and shall be final and binding. The award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed and enforced in any court having competent jurisdiction thereof, and you agree that the law and courts in Malaysia shall have such jurisdiction. You agree that the foregoing shall not preclude us from seeking any injunctive relief in a court of law or equity for protection of our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates or licensors. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive termination of this Agreement or termination of your access to the Services.
