Applicable Jurisdiction. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of, or in connection with, this Account Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Solely with respect to disputes between the parties to this Account Agreement, the Account Holder submits to the jurisdiction of such court, and waives any objection to venue or inconvenient forum with respect to proceedings brought in such court.
