Common use of Applicable Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Applicable Jurisdiction. The parties hereby convene that they shall, through direct negotiation and in good faith, settle any dispute or controversy arising between them in relation to the interpretation, execution, validity or efficacy of this Agreement. Should the parties in dispute fail to reach an agreement within a term of fifteen (15) calendar days, the dispute shall be settled by De Jure Arbitration, at the request of either party, subject to the following rules:
