Applicable Jurisdiction. The parties hereby convene that they shall, through direct negotiation and in good faith, settle any dispute or controversy arising between them in relation to the interpretation, execution, validity or efficacy of this Agreement. Should the parties in dispute fail to reach an agreement within a term of fifteen (15) calendar days, the dispute shall be settled by De Jure Arbitration, at the request of either party, subject to the following rules:
Applicable Jurisdiction. With respect to an Applicable Resort, the state, county, municipality, and/or other governmental jurisdiction in which such Applicable Resort is located.
Applicable Jurisdiction. Applicable Jurisdiction. This Agreement is applicable in the City's Planning Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding foregoing, this Agreement is not intended to impose additional requirements in the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction which are otherwise inapplicable under City Code or state law.

Applicable Jurisdiction. You understand and accept that Your use of the Software is subject to the French legislation, and any disputes related to the Software must be brought in the courts of the city of Paris (France). Notwithstanding the above, OPEN CASCADE shall exclusively and at its own discretion retain the right to bring proceedings against You for the breach of this Agreement in Your country of residence or any other relevant country.
