Applicable for Home Care Nurses. Overtime shall be distributed as equitably as possible amongst those nurses qualified for the work, and giving consideration to client needs and continuity of care. No nurse shall be required to work overtime against their wishes when other qualified nurses within the same site are able and willing to perform the required work. The Employer may maintain a sign-up sheet (or in electronic format) for nurses to indicate advanced availability for work in such case.
