Applicable Document. The following documents are issued in effect on the date of invitation for tender, form part of this Specification and are to be submitted during and upon the award of tender. The tenderer shall submit together with the tender, an original letter of intent for warranty, to be endorsed by the sheeting manufacturer to cover the quality and field performance of the Diamond Grade reflective sheeting per this Specification for a period of seven (7) years. Upon the award of the tender, the tenderer must supply the Deed of Warranty from the sheeting manufacturer to Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara.

  • APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I are attached to and form a part of this Contract.
