Common use of APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS. Contractor will apply discounts as follows (check all that apply): 5% discount on Professional Fee for two concurrent searches 10% discount on Professional Fee for three concurrent searches 1% discount on Professional Fee for total of all Universities and Colleges aggregate spend over $1,000,000* * Does not include indirect and direct expenses.
