Applicable Deductions and Withholdings. The payments and benefits set forth in this Agreement are subject to all applicable statutory deductions and withholdings including, without limitation: (a) all federal, provincial, local and other taxes as may be required pursuant to any law or governmental regulation or ruling and (b) any deductions consented to in writing by the Executive.

  • Deductions and Withholdings All amounts payable or which become payable hereunder shall be subject to all deductions and withholding required by law.
