Applicable Contributions. In the event that at any time there exists more than one Funding Borrower with respect to any Contribution (in any such case, the “Applicable Contribution”), then Reimbursement Contributions from Defaulting Borrowers pursuant hereto shall be allocated among such Funding Borrowers in proportion to the total amount of the Contributions made for or on account of the other Borrowers by each such Funding Borrower pursuant to the Applicable Contribution. In the event that at any time any Borrower pays an amount hereunder in excess of the amount calculated pursuant to this Section 15.5, that Borrower shall be deemed to be a Funding Borrower to the extent of such excess and shall be entitled to a Reimbursement Contribution from the other Borrowers in accordance with the provisions of this Section.

Applicable Contributions. The Employer must elect under the Nonstandardized Agreement whether the matching contribution formula(s) applies to Section 401(k) Deferrals, Employee After-Tax Contributions, or both. Under the Standardized Agreement, Employer Matching Contributions apply only to Section 401(k) Deferrals. The contributions eligible for an Employer Matching Contribution are referred to under this Section as “applicable contributions.” If a matching formula applies to both Section 401(k) Deferrals and Employee After-Tax Contributions, such contributions are aggregated to determine the Employer Matching Contribution allocated under the formula.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.

  • Charitable Contributions Make any charitable or similar contributions, except in amounts not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) individually, and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in the aggregate.

  • Additional Contributions The Member is not required to make any additional capital contribution to the Company. However, the Member may at any time make additional capital contributions to the Company in cash or other property.

  • Initial Contributions The Members initially shall contribute to the Company capital as described in Schedule 2 attached to this Agreement.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions If selected below, the Employer may make Qualified Matching Contributions for each Plan Year (select all those applicable):

  • Payments and Contributions Neither the Company, any subsidiary, nor any of its directors, officers or, to its knowledge, other employees has (i) used any Company funds for any unlawful contribution, endorsement, gift, entertainment or other unlawful expense relating to political activity; (ii) made any direct or indirect unlawful payment of Company funds to any foreign or domestic government official or employee; (iii) violated or is in violation of any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended; or (iv) made any bribe, rebate, payoff, influence payment, kickback or other similar payment to any person with respect to Company matters.

  • Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.

  • Lenders to make available Contributions Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, each Lender shall, on and with value on each Drawdown Date, make available to the Agent for the account of the Borrowers the amount due from that Lender on that Drawdown Date under Clause 2.2.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.
