Appendices and Exhibits. The Appendices attached hereto, and those Appendices and Exhibits subsequently attached hereto from time to time by a seventy-five percent (75%) vote of the Governing Board, shall be considered to be a part of this Agreement and binding upon all parties. The parties’ signatures on any Appendices and Exhibits shall be evidence that the same are accepted.
