Appeal by PSU to Independent Appeals Board. A public school unit (“PSU”) aggrieved by a final decision of the NCHSAA regarding matters covered in Section I.B. above may file an appeal with the State Board’s Office of General Counsel within five days after receipt of the NCHSAA’s final decision.
