API Service. As part of the Service, we may make available to you the ability to download account information directly to your software applications via application programming interface (“API Service”). In order to utilize the API Service, you must subscribe to the service via the setup instructions delivered to us or by contacting your BMO Xxxxxx relationship manager to request the API Service. You may be subject to additional fees and charges for the API Service. If you select the API Service, you will specify one or more Primary Corporate Administrators who will be your primary representative(s) for the API Service (“API Administrators”). API Administrators may authorize additional Primary Corporate Administrators to use the service, and each authorized Primary Corporate Administrator will in turn have the ability to authorize other Primary Corporate Administrators to use the service (“API Users”). Each API Administrator and each API User will have full authority to connect your software applications and download information via the API Service to such applications using such person’s assigned OLBB User ID and User Password, and you represent and warrant that each such person has full power and authority to do so on your behalf. Information available and provided through the API Service changes frequently and is subject to updating verification and correction by us from time to time and at any time throughout the day. Information may change between when we last sent the information to you or electronically posted it and when you receive or access the information and, therefore, you are solely responsible for any actions taken in reliance on information presented through the API Service, including any actions that may result in an overdraft or incorrect payment you make. Any third-party applications that are linked via the API Service are selected by you and the providers of such applications are your vendors. We have no control over such vendors or applications or when and how any information is used or further disclosed after it is transmitted from our systems. API Service. We will make the API Service available to you pursuant to this Agreement, at the rates set out in the applicable Quote. As part of the API Service, we will take all reasonable measures to keep uptime at or above 99.9% (ninety-nine and nine tenths percent). If, due to our error, our hosted servers are down more than .1% (one tenth of one percent) in a given month, you will be entitled to receive a 90% (ninety percent) credit for that month. If, due to our error, our hosted servers are down more than .5% (one half of one percent) in a given month, you will be entitled to receive a 150% (one hundred percent) credit for that month. In no event will you be entitled to a refund for downtime caused by regular maintenance, or a Force Majeure.

API Service. Oodlebit hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable license, to use the API solely for the purposes of trading on Oodlebit. You agree not to use the API or data provided through the API for any other commercial purpose.   • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • COURT SERVICE If an employee is required to appear in court or pursuant to a subpoena or other order of a court or body or to perform jury service, and such appearance or service results in his/her absence from work, he/she shall be granted court service leave for the period of time necessary to fulfill such requirement. Any employee who makes an appearance and whose service is not required shall return to work as soon as practicable after release. An employee on court service leave for a full day shall receive the difference between the payment received for such court service, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay. Any employee returning to work from court service leave shall be paid by the State for his/her actual hours worked or a minimum of the difference between payment received from the court, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay, whichever is greater. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to an employee summoned to or appearing before a court or body as a party to any private legal action which is not job related.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.
