API Access. (A) Most Services are provided through xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/ or any associated websites or application programming interfaces (“APIs”) (collectively, the “Company Site”). Client may elect to utilize the APIs either directly or indirectly within an independently developed application (“Developer Application”).
API Access. Customer may access the ClearGov API to distribute and display public-facing content from the ClearGov Apps within one or more Customer Web Site(s).
API Access. If available in purchased edition, Novo grants Customer a non-exclusive terminable license to interact with the Novo application-programming interface (API) only in conjunction with its use of the Service. Customer may not reverse engineer the API, or excessively use or access the API. The API is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Novo may temporarily suspend the API without notice, and change or terminate Customer’s API license upon at least 30 days advance notice to the email address in Customer’s account. Novo is not liable for any cost, loss or damage sustained by Customer as a result of any suspension, change or termination of API license.
API Access. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer shall have a non-exclusive right during the applicable Subscription Period to incorporate the API into any application used by or on behalf of Customer for the sole purpose of accessing the Box Service or accessing certain functionality of the Box Service, provided that such access is limited to the amount of API calls purchased by Customer in the applicable Order.
API Access. Instructure provides access to its applicationMprogramming interface (API) as part of the Service for no additional fee. Subject to the other terms of this agreement, Instructure grants Customer a nonMexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to operate the API only for purposes of interfacing Customer’s technology applications or services with the Service as allowed by the API’s technical limitations and in accordance with the API Policy, as may be updated by Instructure from time to time. The Instructure API Policy is located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/policies/apiMpolicy c). Customer Responsibilities. Customer (i) is solely responsible for Customer Content and all activities arising from its User accounts in the Service, (ii) must keep its passwords secure and confidential, and notify Instructure promptly of any known or suspected unauthorized access, and (iii) may use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
API Access. API Access. Purchase Details may include access to one or more Sentera APIs, subject to qualifying purchases or other restrictions (e.g., API access may be premised on the purchase of a certain quantity of FieldAgent® licenses). Although details regarding Sentera’s APIs may be public, access to their use may be restricted by access keys or other security and access protection mechanisms that you may not circumvent, and no access key or other access credentials provided to you may be shared without the written consent of Sentera. API access may also be conditioned on your acceptance of additional terms and conditions provided to you in relation to data you will be allowed to access through the API.
API Access. In the event we provide a Data Set via an API, you may use the applicable API solely to access and use the applicable Data Set as set forth herein. In addition, you shall not (and shall not authorize or knowingly permit any third party to) make any use or disclosure of the APIs that is not expressly permitted under this XXXX. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not (and shall not authorize or knowingly permit any third party to): (i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discern the source code or interface protocols of the APIs; (ii) modify, adapt, or translate the APIs; (iii) resell, distribute, or sublicense the APIs or otherwise allow any third party to use or access the APIs; (iv) remove or modify any proprietary marking or restrictive legends placed on the APIs; (v) use the APIs in violation of any Applicable Laws (as defined below) or for any purpose not specifically permitted in this XXXX;
API Access. Subject to your eligibility, you may be offered API access to use the Services on the Platform. We reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate any API access granted to you. Where using APIs to access the Services, you agree that we shall not be liable for any losses incurred in your use of the relevant API.
API Access. 7.4.1 In order to use and access the API for the Printfection Services you must obtain API credentials (a “Token”) from Printfection. You may not share your Token with any third party, except when authorized by you and in accordance with this Agreement, giving a third party access to your account you, and any of your authorized agents shall keep such Token and all Login information secure, and shall use the Token as your sole means of accessing the API. Any authorized third parties accessing a Customer’s account using their API key shall also be bound to this Agreement, and you shall ensure such parties are aware of the terms and provisions herein.
