Any Bargaining Unit. Faculty Members receiving promotions effective with the beginning of the 2014-2015 academic year shall receive the promotional salary adjustments provided in Section 6 below, after any salary increase awarded to the Bargaining Unit Faculty Member goes into effect.

Any Bargaining Unit. Employee promoted to the job classification of Fire Captain on or after January 1, 2018 that is on step 1 through 7 in the Firefighter base pay schedule will be placed on the next higher step in the Fire Captain base pay schedule. If the employee is currently on step 8 through 11 in their current job classification base pay schedule, then the employee will be placed on the next higher step, plus one (1) step in the Fire Captain base pay schedule specified in Section 1.2 of this MOU. Upon successful completion of the six (6) month probationary period per Article 9.2 of the Labor Agreement, employees will receive a one (1) step increase in the Fire Captain base pay schedule specified in Section 1.2 of this MOU. The ongoing wage anniversary date for these employees will be the first day after they successfully complete their probationary period
Any Bargaining Unit. Employee promoted to the position of Sergeant or Lieutenant on or after January 1, 2018 will be placed on the step that is the step closest to, but not less than, their base wage as of the date they begin employment in that job classification plus one (1) step in the base pay schedule specified in Section 1.2 of this MOU.   • Bargaining Unit The term "bargaining unit" as used in this Agreement refers to the bargaining unit defined in Article 1, Recognition.

  • Single Bargaining Unit The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.

  • Bargaining Unit Roster Upon the signing of this Agreement and monthly thereafter, the Employer shall supply to the Union via a secured method an alphabetical list of all employees covered by this Agreement. The list shall include the name, address, employee identification number, date of hire, rehire date (if applicable), shift, FTE, job classification, department cost center number, unit, hourly rate of pay and monthly gross earnings. Each month, the Employer will provide a list of new hires and addresses, and a list of all employees who have terminated during the month via a secured method. The new hire and termination lists shall include the same data as the monthly employee roster except for monthly gross earnings. The termination list shall include the termination date. Within ninety (90) days of ratification, Swedish Medical Center and SEIU 1199NW will convene a work group including HRIS expert to explore a method for the Employer to provide a list of all employment changes for bargaining unit employees, via a secure site.

  • Bargaining Units The bargaining units shall consist of:
