ANTICIPATED TERM OF AGREEMENT. 2.1 Unless otherwise stated, all contracts are for a period of three (3) years with an option to renew annually for an additional two (2) years if agreed to by Region 4 ESC. Region 4 ESC will notify the vendor in writing if the contract is extended. Awarded vendor shall honor all administrative fees for any sales made based on the contact whether renewed or not.

ANTICIPATED TERM OF AGREEMENT. ❖ Term: The term of the Contract shall commence upon award and shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years, unless terminated, canceled or extended as otherwise provided herein. The Contractor agrees that Region 10 ESC shall have the right, at its sole option, to renew the Contract for four (4) additional one-year periods or portions thereof. In the event that Region 10 ESC exercises such rights, all terms, conditions and provisions of the original Contract shall remain the same and apply during the renewal period with the possible exception of price and minor scope additions and/or deletions. ❖ Automatic Renewal: Renewal will take place automatically for one (1) year unless Region 10 ESC gives written notice to the awarded supplier at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration.

  • Term of Agreement This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until the tenth (10th) anniversary of Bank Closing; provided, that the provisions of Section 6.3 and 6.4 shall survive the expiration of the term of this Agreement; and provided further, that the receivership of the Failed Bank may be terminated prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, and in such event, the guaranty of the Corporation, as provided in and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.7 shall be in effect for the remainder of the term of this Agreement.
