ANTI-DISCRIMINATION i) It is the intention of the parties to seek to achieve the object in section 3 (f) of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000 to prevent and eliminate discrimination in the workplace. This includes discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, material status, disability, homosexuality, transgender identity and age or responsibilities as a carer.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION. It is the policy of the District that in connection with all work performed under Contracts there be no discrimination against any employee engaged in the work because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religious creed, physical disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, gender, or age and therefore the Consultant agrees to comply with applicable Federal and California laws including, but not limited to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act beginning with Government Code Section 12900 and Labor Code Section 1735 and District policy. In addition, the Consultant agrees to require like compliance by all of its subcontractor(s).
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION. 38.1 It is the intention of the parties bound by this Enterprise Agreement to seek to achieve the object in section 3(f) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW) to prevent and eliminate discrimination in the workplace. This includes discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, marital status, disability, homosexuality, transgender identity, age and responsibilities as a carer.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION. The parties to this agreement agree that:
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION. 11.1 It is the intention of the parties covered by this Agreement to achieve the principal object in section 3(e) of the Act through respecting and valuing the diversity of the workforce by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION. 13.1 The Recipient shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of any law, enactment, order, or regulation relating to discrimination (whether in race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, age or otherwise) in employment.
