Common use of Anti-Bribery Clause in Contracts

Anti-Bribery. Each Party represents that in the execution of this Agreement and in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement it has complied and will comply with all applicable anti-bribery Laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and similar applicable Laws.
