Anti-Boycott Verification. To the extent this Agreement constitutes a contract for goods or services within the meaning of Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, solely for purposes of compliance with Chapter 2270 of the Texas Government Code, and subject to applicable Federal law, the Developer represents that neither the Developer nor any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of Developer (i) boycotts Israel or (ii) will boycott Israel through the term of this Agreement. The terms “boycotts Israel” and “boycott Israel” as used in this paragraph have the meanings assigned to the term “boycott Israel” in Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended.
Anti-Boycott Verification. The Developer hereby verifies that it and its parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates, if any, do not boycott Israel and, to the extent this Agreement is a contract for goods or services, will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. The foregoing verification is made solely to comply with Section 2271.002, Texas Government Code, and to the extent such Section does not contravene applicable Federal law. As used in the foregoing verification, ‘boycott Israel’ means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations specifically with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes. The Developer understands ‘affiliate’ to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Developer and exists to make a profit.
Anti-Boycott Verification. Pursuant to Section 2271.002, Texas Government Code, to the extent this Agreement is a contract for goods or services, the selected Bidder hereby represents that it and its parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates, if any, do not Boycott Israel and, subject to or as otherwise required by applicable Federal law, Purchaser agrees not to Boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Section, "Boycott Israel" shall have the meaning given such term in Section 808.001, Texas Government Code. Purchaser understands "affiliate" for this Section 4.07 to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with selected Bidder and exists to make a profit.

The foregoing verification is made solely to comply with Section 2271.002, Texas Government Code, and to the extent such Section does not contravene applicable Federal law. The Escrow Agent represents that, to the extent this Agreement constitutes a contract for goods or services within the meaning of Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, solely for purposes of compliance with Chapter 2270 of the Texas Government Code, and subject to applicable Federal law, the Escrow Agent or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Escrow Agent either (i) meets one of the exemption criteria under Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code or (ii) does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel through the term of this Agreement. The term “boycott Israel” as used in this paragraph has the meaning assigned in Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended.

The terms “boycotts Israel” and “boycott Israel” as used in this paragraph have the meanings assigned to the term “boycott Israel” in Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended.

The foregoing verification is made solely to comply with Section 2270.002, Texas Government Code, and to the extent such Section does not contravene applicable Federal law. As used in the foregoing verification, ‘boycott Israel’ means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations specifically with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes. The Dissemination Agent understands ‘affiliate’ to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Dissemination Agent and exists to make a profit.
