Annualised Salary. In respect of annualised salaries, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission recommended that the calculation of annualised salaries should be fair and equitable in the context of Awards and Agreements and that the Translation Review Committee, to be established by the Department as part of the implementation process, should discuss areas where concerns are held. Annualised salaries include salaries which are “rolled up” and may include payments in lieu of overtime, allowances, loading for private practice payments, etc. SCHEDULE BPARENTAL LEAVE
Annualised Salary. Your base salary includes compensation for all entitlements, benefits or payments that might otherwise be due under any industrial instrument that may apply to Your employment including overtime, penalty payments for out of hours work and working weekends and public holidays, and any other loadings, penalties, overtime or allowances. Accordingly, You will not be paid any special rates or allowances for working particular times or under particular conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Annualised Salary. This is the method of paying employees an all-inclusive salary rather than paying base wages with separate payments for overtime and other allowances and penalties etc.
Annualised Salary. Employees shall receive an annualised salary payable in fortnightly instalments by direct debit into a financial institution account of the Employee’s choice. Payments will be made no later than Wednesday of pay week.
Annualised Salary. Salaries will be paid in accordance with Table 1 below and shall be payable in the first full pay period to commence on or after the date of certification. All subsequent increases will also be paid in accordance with Table 1 below and shall be payable in the first full pay period to commence 12 months and 24 months after the date of certification respectively. Earnings will take the form of an Annualised Salary, paid weekly into an employee’s nominated bank account or other account. This salary takes into account all obligations on the Company to make payments to employees under any award or agreement that may apply. Deductions for income tax and superannuation are automatically made. Employees on a 7 day roster will be required to work on all Public Holidays that fall on a rostered workday, with the exception of the 25th December and the 26th December. The average number of public holidays rostered for work is nominated under Clause 12, Roster and Hours of Work for each roster. An appropriate amount has been included in the Annualised Salary to compensate for this requirement. Employees may be required to work any of the rosters defined in Clause 12, Rosters and Hours of Work. The Annualised Salary will be paid in accordance with the shift roster that the employee is required to work. Subject to customer or Company requirements, employees may be required to work an alternate roster to that described in this Agreement. In this case, the Annualised Salary will be reviewed and agreed between the parties. The Annualised Salaries (outlined in table 1 below) are made up of: − Base Ordinary Hours (35 hours per week) (hourly rates outlined in table 2 below) − Rostered Overtime − Annual Productivity BonusAnnual Leave LoadingPublic Holidays worked that fall on rostered work daysAll other allowances plus any payment for any additional duty or responsibility imposed or any inconvenience encountered through strict observance by employees of the provisions of the Explosives Act, and Coal Mining Award, and working with products such as dust and handling dangerous materials. Annualised Salary. 3.8.1 This Agreement continues the practice of annualised salaries. The weekly rates of the annualised salaries at detailed below. This will show the current rate and the increase applicable under this Agreement. The new annualised rates of pay are as follows Classification DATE Refractory Employee Level 1 $1481.12 Refractory Employee Level 2 $1320.66 Refractory Employee Leve1 3 $1234.26 Refractory Employee Level 4 $1049.12. The specific calculation for annualised salary for each level is attached at Appendix A. This calculation includes overtime, shift, weekend penalties and annual leave. Payment for Annual leave will be paid on the basis of 12 hours and will be paid in accordance with the annualised calculation. Payment for sick leave and long service leave will be made on the basis of 12 hours per day taken but paid at the base rate.
Annualised Salary. A Full-time employee may, as an alternative to being paid by the week according to hourly wages set out in Schedule A, and by agreement between the CSCC and the employee, can be paid at a rate equivalent to an annual salary of a least 25% or more, above the rate prescribed in Schedule A for the work being performed.
Annualised Salary. All ex-consolidated salary Employees covered by this Agreement are paid an annualised salary. An annualised salary includes compensation for additional reasonable hours of work, overtime, on call, and any allowances payable; however, each component will not be stipulated. Staff on an annualised salary are not eligible to claim additional hours unless agreed with the Company and it is regarded as extra-ordinary work. All annualised salaried employees will be classified at Grade 2 and above. The annualised salary for Employees at Grade 2 will not include an on-call allowance. If such Employee performs on call duties they will be paid the on call allowance stipulated at Appendix C in addition to their annualised salary. The Company will apply the appropriate hourly rate multiplied by 1976 for the purposes of calculating the annual salary of an annualised salaried Employee. Annualised salaries will be increased in line with EA provisions. Extra-ordinary hours of work when requested and approved by the Company will be compensated for by: ▪ Time off in lieu in accordance with clause 4.7.4, or ▪ Payment for overtime in accordance with clause 4.7.2. or 4.4.8 Examples of types of extra-ordinary work are but not limited to: ▪ Performing on call duties that are in excess of the rostered frequency allowed for in the annualised salary, excluding requests to interchange with other Employees on the on-call roster, ▪ Significant out of hours work to facilitate a capital upgrade, or attend to emergencies.
