Annual Work Year. In the event the Oroville Union High School District school year has an excess of 260 workday(s), for 12-month employees and/or an excess of 240 workday(s) for 11-month employees the excess day(s) will be utilized by employees as floating non-duty day(s). If the school year is less than 260/240 workday(s) the employee shall forfeit their floating holiday. The method for the utilization of the non-duty work day(s) shall be as per Article 7.1.1

Annual Work Year. The Board may, at its sole discretion, reduce the number of pupil attendance days and assign these days as additional Board Discretion days in the annual calendar for teachers. The teacher work year shall not start more than ten (10) days before the first pupil attendance day of the school year, and may not extend later than eight (8) days after the last pupil attendance day of the school year. School Year 2015-16: The annual calendar for teachers shall provide for up to 186 working days, at least 175 days of which shall be pupil attendance days. All remaining shall be scheduled as Board Discretion days except: for WWEA teachers, two (2) which will be assigned as Parent Conference days; and for HEA teachers, one (1) which will be assigned as a Parent Conference day. Teachers without responsibilities for conferences will have other duties or training assigned by the Building Administrator on days designated as Parent Conference Days. School Year 2016-17: The annual calendar for teachers shall provide for up to 188 working days, at least 175 days of which shall be pupil attendance days. All remaining shall be scheduled as Board Discretion days except for two (2) which will be assigned as Parent Conference days. Teachers without responsibilities for conferences will have other duties or training assigned by the Building Administrator on days designated as Parent Conference Days.
Annual Work Year. (a) The Principal's work year will consist of 221 paid work days, which, unless otherwise approved by the Superintendent, will include the days that teachers are required to be in school2, the ten days immediately preceding the opening of school in the fall and the ten days immediately following the close of school in the summer, and 19 days to be mutually agreed upon by the Principal and the Administration, unless otherwise approved by the Superintendent. The Principal, in consultation with the Superintendent will schedule the remaining days to be off without pay when school is not in session.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Normal Work Year The normal work year for the Administrator shall be Two Hundred Sixty (260) days between July 1 and June 30 annually which will include all student attendance days and teacher work days. The Administrator shall not be entitled to any additional paid days unless specifically required to work beyond the Two Hundred Sixty (260) day contract by the Superintendent or the Board.

  • Annual Work Plans (a) The Recipient shall prepare in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than March 31 in each calendar year, a proposed annual work plan and budget for the Project for the following fiscal year of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request.

  • Normal Work Period The normal work period shall consist of not less than eighty (80) hours of work nor more than 86 hours of work and ten (10) work days within a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day work period.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).
