Annual Wage Increases. 11.1. If the University’s cost of mandatory or non-mandatory benefits increase, the funds necessary to meet these increases are allocated before other increases in compensation are considered.

Annual Wage Increases. The Company shall increase base wage rates by 2.7% retroactive to current employees through May 18, 2021, 2.6% as of June 18, 2022, 2.5% as of June 18, 2023, 2.5% as of June 18, 2024, 2.5% as of June 18, 2025, 2.5% as of June 18, 2026, 2.7% as of June 18, 2027.
