Annual Vacation Year. The vacation year shall be the 12 month period commencing on the 1st of April each year. At the discretion of the Employer vacation may be granted prior to completion of one year of employment. Request for vacation shall be submitted in writing to the Manager.
Annual Vacation Year. (a) The vacation year for a probationary or regular employee shall be the calendar year (January 1 to December 31). For employees hired prior to September 1, vacation year number one (1) will be the year of hire. Employees hired between September 1 and December 31 must take any vacation leave accrued by December 31 of that year; vacation year number one (1) will then commence January 1 of the following year of hire.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval.   • Earned Vacation Full-time employees, as defined in this article, shall accrue vacation as follows:

  • Weeks Vacation Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five (5) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen (14) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.
