Annual Vacation Entitlement and Pay. (i) A Temporary Employee, upon permanent hire, who has a minimum of one (1) year of Westshore service, as referred to in (a)(ii) or (iii) of this section, shall be eligible for the vacation entitlement referred to in Article 9, section 9.01 (a) of this Agreement.

Annual Vacation Entitlement and Pay. (a) Entitlement To Vacation A Regular Employee shall earn annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only on reaching that Employee's anniversary date, although he or she may take annual vacation entitlement anytime during that calendar year, subject to the provisions of Clause 23.03 below. An Employee during his or her first year of employment must be employed for a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days before he or she may take vacation, any of which time off work shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Employer as to the amount and timing of any such entitlement.   • Annual Vacation Entitlement (a) An Employee shall be entitled to receive annual vacation leave with pay:

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Vacation Entitlements In case of discharge or resignation, the employee shall receive all vacation entitlements and salary due to the date of termination, except as provided in Articles 33.05 and 33.07.

  • Annual Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of the Nurse in effect immediately prior to the Nurse taking vacation.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • Sick Leave Entitlement A full-time employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month of service in which pay was received for at least ten (10) days. Sick leave shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) days. A part-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro rata basis. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or injury the employee shall be entitled to claim sick leave at her regular rate of pay for a maximum period equivalent to her accumulated sick leave credit.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).
