ANNUAL VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. 4.02.1 Vacation Pay and Statutory Holiday Pay Vacation and statutory holiday pay, combined in an amount equal to 12%, shall be paid on the gross hourly earnings. Said amount shall be paid on each payday and on termination.
