Annual Theme Artwork. Each year, BNRF makes available to chapters the annual theme artwork to integrate into professional activities. Chapters m ust abide by the guidelines for using the theme art that are available annually on the website. Please use the art to make the theme visible, within the following limitations:  Use theme art on printed material such as newsletters, flyers, posters, signs, handouts and announcements.  Use PowerPoint templates for internal presentations and ones that promote the chapter/institution’s meetings and events.  The theme artwork m ay not be modified or altered in any way.  Elements from the art may not be used individually.  BNRF, its chapters and other members of the BNRF community may not re-sell the theme art for any use by a third-party.  The theme artwork may not be used on any products that the chapter intends to sell.

Chapters must abide by the guidelines for using the theme art that are available annually on the website. Please use the art to make the theme visible, within the following limitations: • Use theme art on printed material such as newsletters, flyers, posters, signs, handouts and announcements. • Use PowerPoint templates for internal presentations and that promote the chapter/institution’s meetings and events. • Use approved theme art products from the AACN Online Bookstore to generate revenue for the chapter or institution. • The theme artwork is commissioned and may not be modified or altered in any way. • Elements from the art may not be used individually. • May be used in social media in a posting but not as an identifier for a chapter, institution or individual (e.g., “profile picture” or “cover photo” on Facebook). • AACN, its chapters and other members of the AACN community may not re-sell the theme art for any use by a third party. • The theme artwork may not be used on any products that the chapter intends to sell.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.   • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Training Objectives It is important that the objectives for the employee(s) enrolling in this course or program is related to the strategic objectives of the organization for which the employee works. Provide text to explain how the training event meets agency objective(s) and purpose type.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCP that the plan is accurate is not intended to mislead, confuse or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Plan Brochure The Hospital will pay 75% of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible employees under the long-term disability portion of the Plan (HOODIP or an equivalent plan as described in the August, 1992 booklet (Part B)), the employee paying the balance of the billed premium through payroll deduction. For the purpose of transfer to the short- term portion of the disability program, employees on the payroll as of the effective date of the transfer with three (3) months or more of service shall be deemed to have three (3) months of service. For the purpose of transfer to the long- term portion of the disability program, employees on the active payroll as of the effective date of the transfer with one (1) year or more of service shall be deemed to have one (1) year of service.

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.
