Annual Tax Information. Within ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, all information relating to the Company necessary for the preparation of such Member’s federal and state income tax returns. The fiscal year of the Company shall end on the 31st day of December in each year, or as otherwise determined by the Executive Committee.
