Common use of Annual Survey Clause in Contracts

Annual Survey. 4.2.1. After annual survey, the following information shall be kept on file in a format which can be accessed and downloaded electronically. ▪ Confirmation that the classification certificate is retained, ▪ Confirmation that survey, inspections and endorsements have been carried out as delegated in Annex VI to the Agreement. The confirmation shall include information about level and amount of inspections and surveys that have been carried out.
