Annual Subscriptions. Where an Order Form includes an annual subscription (“Annual Subscription”) for the Services each User has unlimited usage of the system and unlimited access to the courses and risk assessments subscribed to.
Annual Subscriptions. License changes to annual subscriptions are billed in full at a prorated cost of the licenses based on the original subscription term. Changes to annual subscriptions to reduce the total number of licenses will not result in any refund or credit for the reduced license count as these are pre-paid commitment licenses only.
Annual Subscriptions. The License for the Software shall be for an initial limited term of one (1) year from the date J Street first makes the Software accessible to Licensee, unless a different date is stated on the applicable Schedule. Each Annual Subscription shall automatically expire at the end of the then- current term, unless J Street receives Licensee’s payment in full of the renewal fees as detailed in the then-current price list. Any Annual Subscription renewal period shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Annual Subscriptions. Licensee may choose to pay an annual subscription fee for access to the eBooks and standards (if and when made available). The Annual Subscription fee shall be as agreed upon by the Parties hereto, and that fee may be modified on an annual basis. The amount paid shall not be pro-rated based upon the date of order or payment received for the access. The subscription period is from 1 January through 31 December of the current year.
Annual Subscriptions. For annual subscriptions, this Agreement commences on the date Users first access the Subscription (the “Effective Date”). The Initial Term will be from the Effective Date for the period of one (1) calendar year. Unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party ten (10) days prior to expiration of the Initial Term, upon the expiration of the Initial Term any Order Form in effect under this Agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of one calendar year.
Annual Subscriptions. Each member shall pay an annual subscription fee in advance as fixed by the trustees for the member's membership of the Club, in proportion to the points owned by the member.
Annual Subscriptions. 21.1 ALG shall by a majority of at least two-thirds of those representatives present at the meeting and entitled to a vote in respect of each of those functions, approve by no later than 31st January in each year the subscriptions or contributions payable by the London Local Authorities for each of the groups of functions set out in Schedule 2. If ALG fails to agree by such date the subscriptions or contributions for the ensuing financial year, then that subscription or contribution shall be at the same amount as the subscription for the current financial year. The annual budget (including any contingency sum) in respect of any function shall not be exceeded without the prior approval of a two-thirds majority of the representatives of those London Local Authorities who are present at the meeting to which the proposal to exceed the budget is under consideration and authorised to vote.
Annual Subscriptions. Each annual subscription fee includes one (1) year’s usage of one EC2 instance of one instance type. If you use the Diffblue Product after expiry of your annual subscription or exceed the number of instances to which you have subscribed, you may be charged an hourly rate for usage per instance. Hourly usage is rounded up to the nearest whole hour.
