Annual Step Increases. Effective August 1, 2022, unit members covered by the salary schedules in Appendices A-E who are not already at top step shall receive a step increase effective August 1 each year if during the immediately previous Fiscal Year they worked, or were in paid leave status, for at least 60% of the workdays for their assigned FTE. Unit members not covered by the salary schedules in Appendices A-E shall be eligible for annual 2% salary increases based on the same eligibility criteria.
Annual Step Increases. Section 1 Wages for the length of this contract (July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018) are outlined in the Wage Scale of Appendix A. The increase between steps is 2% . Annual Step Increases. A. Upon successful completion of six months of service an employee shall receive a one step increase in compensation. The Police Chief or his designee may deny a step increase for just cause. The burden of proving just cause is upon the Town and is subject to the grievance procedure as set forth in Article VIII.

  • Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:
