Annual Service Fee. A non-refundable annual service fee for the issuance and renewal of each Principal and Supplementary Card;
Annual Service Fee. SBA shall retain an annual service fee based on a percentage the guaranteed principal outstanding as listed above. This fee will be collected by the FTA from all payments received from the Lender and will be transmitted to SBA on a regular basis, no less frequently than monthly. This fee will be used to defray program expenses and is subject to change from time to time.
Annual Service Fee. Each Agency shall pay to the County a fee for services based on the workload generated by the Agency.

Annual Service Fee. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar month, the Relevant Asset Owner will pay the Related Refinery Owner an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the aggregate of its fees set forth on Exhibit E (the “Annual Service Fee”) for the provision by the Related Refinery Owner and its Affiliates to the Relevant Asset Owner during such calendar month of all the Service Items described in Exhibit D. The monthly payment for the first month under the Applicable Term of this Agreement will be prorated based on the number of days elapsed from the date of this Agreement through the last day of the first calendar month and the number of days in such calendar month.
Annual Service Fee. San Francisco will compensate CAISO for its services as Planning Coordinator under this Agreement by paying CAISO an annual service fee (“Annual Fee”), which will not exceed an aggregate sum of $250,000 during the Current Term of the Agreement. CAISO shall invoice San Francisco for the first Annual Fee within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, and shall invoice San Francisco within thirty (30) days of each anniversary to the Effective Date during the Current Term consistent with Section 4.1.3. San Francisco will pay the invoice no later than thirty (30) days after receipt thereof. The annual service fee will be based on the number of BES transmission circuits that are owned by San Francisco and included in the CAISO’s Transmission Register multiplied by CAISO’s long term transmission planning process (“TPP”) cost per transmission circuit. The TPP cost per transmission circuit will be based on the CAISO annual budget and Grid Management Charge Rates as amended from time to time and the total number of circuits owned by the PTOs included in the CAISO’s most current transmission plan. The calculation of the annual service fee for each year of the Current Term is set forth in Attachment 3. Subsequent annual service fees will be calculated in the same manner using data from the most recently published California ISO Grid Management Charge Update Cost of Service Study.
Annual Service Fee. In return for the privilege of use and possession of the Card, you agree to pay an annual service fee of $36.00. The fee will be charged to your card account each year in the monthly billing cycle. The fee is not refundable in the event of termination of the account by either you or us. Except as provided in the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the fee is not refundable in the event of termination of the account by either you or us.
Annual Service Fee. Subject to Section 8.2, Customer will pay to Christie an annual service fee in the amount of $2,250.00 per annum per screen for each screen served by a Digital System, under this Agreement. The annual service fee includes all services and parts set forth in Sections 3 and 4 (except as otherwise set forth therein) and travel related charges for visits to Local Sites. The annual service fee does not include travel related charges for visits to Non-Local Sites, and all such reasonable excess travel related charges will be billed to Customer at Christie's cost.
