Annual Reviews. Supervisors shall conduct Annual Performance Reviews on or around the employee’s employment anniversary. The structure of performance reviews may be considered by Labor Management Committees. A copy of an employee’s Annual Review shall be made available to the employee. The employee shall be allowed to comment, in writing, if desired.
