Annual Renewal. All LLS grants are subject to an annual renewal; continued funding of this Grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and research progress. Where funding is not available for a renewal and LLS does not elect to renew this Agreement, the Grantee will be given 60 days’ notice in writing that the Grant will not continue. LLS does not send out continuation notices if the Grant has been renewed.

Every year (or at the end of your plan date (Blue Badge Expiry Date), you may be requested to provide up-to-date evidence that any vehicle registered to your Account which is registered for the Scheme Vehicle Plan is still eligible for the Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Vehicle Plan. If such evidence is required you will be asked to provide it not later than 30 days prior to the anniversary of the DUES Start Date or the Blue Badge Expiry Date.

Annual Renewal. The initial Term shall automatically renew for successive terms of one year unless either party provides the other written notice of termination at least (30) days prior to the expiration of the current term.
Annual Renewal. I understand it is the responsibility of the church/organization to renew annually with MOPS International. Annual renewal fees include one Group Experience Kit (digital and mailed options available) and cover all groups charted under the church/organization. Ministry Agreements dated December 1 – March 31 will be auto-renewed by MOPS International and will not be charged for their first renewal.

Annual Renewal. I/we understand and agree that enrollment in the School for the 2017–2018 year does not guarantee continuing enrollment. The School’s primary objective is to find the right match between Student, Family, and School. As each year progresses, the School will continue to monitor each child’s progress and his or her family’s support for the School’s policies, programs, and ideals. Should it become clear, in the exclusive discretion of the Principal, that Lakeland Montessori has proven to not be an appropriate match with either the Student or the Student’s family, the School will communicate its decision not to invite the Student to re-enroll for the following year during the normal re-enrollment period. Annual Renewal.
