Annual Progress Report. No later than […***…] after December 31 of each calendar year, LICENSEE shall provide to BCM a written annual progress report describing progress on all research and development and commercial activities related to Licensed Products, during the most recent twelve (12) month period ending December 31 and plans for the forthcoming year (“Annual Progress Report”). If multiple technologies are covered by the license granted hereunder, the progress report shall provide the information set forth above for each technology. At BCM’s request, LICENSEE shall also provide any reasonable additional data BCM requires to evaluate LICENSEE’s or its sublicensees’ diligence obligations under Section 3.

Annual Progress Report. This report shall include a summation of the results of the entire contract work for the period covered. Monthly Progress Reports shall not be submitted in the same month when an Annual Progress Report is due. Furthermore, an Annual Progress Report will not be required for the period when the Final Report is due. The first Annual Progress Report shall be submitted in accordance with the date set forth in the table (“Summary of Contract Deliverables”) under Section F.2. of this contract. The progress report shall conform to the requirements set forth in the Deliverables Chart in Section F of this contract. Each Annual Progress Report shall include:

Annual Progress Report. The annual report must be submitted by October 25th of each year, covering the activities of the previous fiscal year (October 1– September 30). The annual report must be comprehensive and provide details, as described in the quarterly report, on accomplishments, results and activity as well as financial information for the previous year, and include monthly budget forecasts for the ensuing year. Annual progress reports must also include data collected to measure progress against the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (XXX). The annual report must include a section discussing activities’ compliance with the environmental requirements as set forth in the RCE.
Annual Progress Report. Following the publication of the results of state-mandated assessments, the Charter School shall publicly present to the School Board, community, and parents of pupils enrolled in the School an annual report on the Charter School’s performance on the state-mandated assessments and a self-assessment of the areas applicable to LCPS elementary schools for evaluation purposes. The Annual Progress Report will describe the status of and progress toward achieving the above goals and objectives, including the Metrics to include 1) Average attendance of 94% or higher each month, 2) Satisfaction rate of 80% or higher on the annual parent survey, 3) “Fully Accredited” status from the State, and 4) Achieve or exceed “Meets AMO” status for Gap Groups 1, 2, and 3 for federal measures. The annual progress report shall also address the Charter School’s progress on its goal and objectives stated in provision 5.0 above.
