Common use of Annual Physical Exam Clause in Contracts

Annual Physical Exam. The Bank shall pay or reimburse the Executive of the cost, if any, in excess of applicable insurance coverage specified in Section 3.3(c) for an annual physical examination conducted by a licensed physician(s) selected by the Executive, the results of which examination shall not be required to be disclosed to the Bank. Any such reimbursement shall be made upon presentation and approval of receipts, invoices or other appropriate evidence of such expense in accordance with policies of the Bank.
