Annual Performance Review. The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

Annual Performance Review. Identix shall perform an annual review of Employee's performance and, in the discretion of the Board of Directors of Identix, make appropriate increases in Employee's base salary and determine whether additional stock option grants should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix. The first such annual performance review after the Effective Date shall be conducted on or about July 2002.
Annual Performance Review. (a) It is understood that Annual Performance Reviews are intended for personal development and therefore will not be used for disciplinary purposes. Where the Employer has concerns about work performance and behaviour, which require documentation for progressive disciplinary purposes, a separate letter of employer concern and/or employee warnings will be issued to the employee and are subject to the grievance procedure.

Annual Performance Review. Upon the prior written request of any Party, the Parties will conduct performance review meetings annually, at least four (4) months prior to the end of the year in which the Services are being provided, between the personnel of the Services Recipients who receive the Services and the personnel of the Service Providers who provide the Services. The purpose of such meetings will be to assess and report upon whether the Services are being delivered in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. Any changes to the applicable operating environments of the Parties, to the extent that such changes impact, or could impact, delivery of the Services in any way, shall be identified, discussed and monitored by the applicable Parties. All Services shall be reviewed by the Parties with reference to any applicable standards of quality and performance set forth in this Agreement. The Director of each of the Parties’ controller’s groups shall ensure that any negotiated changes resulting from the performance review process will be incorporated into amendments to the Services Schedules.
Annual Performance Review. The Department Chair/Unit Director, or other previously designated appropriate administrator (hereinafter referred to as "designee") shall prepare a written annual performance review of each NTT Faculty member. If there is a designee, the NTT Faculty member shall be notified of the designee at the beginning of the initial appointment, and when the designee changes. The annual performance review will assess the degree of effectiveness of an NTT Faculty member’s performance and identify individual areas of strength and weakness.
Annual Performance Review. On or before the anniversary date of this Agreement, and each year thereafter, the Board of Directors shall conduct a formal performance evaluation of Employee. Board and Employee shall agree to a work plan for Employee for the following year and shall reevaluate the requirements and limitations set forth in Section 4.3, herein, to determine whether such requirements and limitations should be adjusted. At the time of the annual review, if the Board, in its sole discretion, concludes that Employee has performed exemplary service as General Manager, the Board may award a merit bonus or increase to Employee’s hourly rate forth in Section 4.1, as may be increased from time to time, of not more than five percent (5%) of Employee’s hourly rate prior to any increase pursuant to Section 4.4 for the current calendar year.
