ANNUAL PERFORMANCE. REVIEW All employees will have an annual performance review conducted by their immediate Manager/Supervisor. The Employer must constantly seek the most cost effective use of its resources and must on a continuing basis undertake reviews of its staffing requirements. In particular, reviews will be conducted over the period of this agreement and can be used as a tool for reviewing and/or updating Duty Statements and Job Descriptions and positions.

ANNUAL PERFORMANCE. Not less than (30) thirty days prior to the anniversary date of the City Manager, the City Manager and Commissioners shall meet individually, and, in consideration of resources provided and matters outside the control of the City Manager and City Commission, discuss the city’s progress in accomplishing the desired outcomes contained in the (5) five year plan, suggestions for improving the plan, the City Manager’s performance in accomplishing the plan, and how the Commission can assist the City Manager in accomplishing the plan. Following the individual meetings with the Commissioners, the City Manager will provide the Commission with a draft progress report inclusive of the City Manager’s and Commissioners’ comments and suggestions. Following the City Commission’s review of the draft, the City Manager shall prepare the final progress report to the City Commission for adoption along with any compensation adjustments the City Manager may desire to request of the Commission.
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE. Evaluation The work performance of each regular employee shall, to the extent possible, be evaluated annually in writing by the immediate supervisor. The Employer agrees to meet and confer with the Union regarding the format of the evaluation form. In preparing performance evaluations, managers will take into consideration a service coordinator’s caseload that exceeds the state statutory maximums, and a non-service coordinator’s workload that is unusually heavy.

ANNUAL PERFORMANCE. Trinity Lutheran College traditionally holds an annual Showcase performance in the Sunset Hall over two nights. Thursday 25th and Friday 26th October, 2018 are set for the 2018 performances. All age groups will be performing in the Showcase concert. Technical rehearsals and dress rehearsals are held in the two weeks leading up to the concert performance– dates to be confirmed. All parents or guardians are required to help with the annual performances (E.g. ushering, signing in table, supervision of children, dressers, back stage crew, canteen serving etc.), nominations will be called for prior to these performances. It is expected that if you have a child participating in the public performance that you will nominate to help on the job allocation list. All parents/guardians are required to assist with at least one performance. The annual performance is not compulsory, however, in order for Trinity Lutheran College to commence preparation for the end of year performance, a permission note will be sent home at the conclusion of Term 1 regarding intentions for the concert. Students wishing to participate should be aware that commitment is required to attend all classes and that there may be additional rehearsal times.

  • Time for Performance 1.1. The term of this SOW Agreement shall begin on and end on (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term may be extended as the parties may agree. The State may terminate this SOW for convenience upon thirty days prior written notice to the Contractor. If the Master Agreement should expire or otherwise terminate prior to the end of the term of this SOW Agreement, this SOW Agreement shall continue to the end of its existing term, unless or until terminated in accordance with the terms of this SOW Agreement, and the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Master Agreement shall survive and apply to this SOW Agreement.

  • Timely Performance (a) SELLER's timely performance is a critical element of this Contract.

  • Due Performance Each party to this Agreement undertakes the obligation that the other's expectation of receiving due performance will not be impaired. When reasonable grounds for insecurity arise with respect to the performance of either party, the other may, in writing, demand adequate assurance of due performance and until such written assurance is received may, if commercially reasonable, suspend any performance for which the agreed return has not been received.

  • Non-Performance The obligation of ECOLOGY to the RECIPIENT is contingent upon satisfactory performance by the RECIPIENT of all of its obligations under this Agreement. In the event the RECIPIENT unjustifiably fails, in the opinion of ECOLOGY, to perform any obligation required of it by this Agreement, ECOLOGY may refuse to pay any further funds, terminate in whole or in part this Agreement, and exercise any other rights under this Agreement. Despite the above, the RECIPIENT shall not be relieved of any liability to ECOLOGY for damages sustained by ECOLOGY and the State of Washington because of any breach of this Agreement by the RECIPIENT. ECOLOGY may withhold payments for the purpose of setoff until such time as the exact amount of damages due ECOLOGY from the RECIPIENT is determined.

  • Not Impair Performance Buyer shall not take any intentional action that would cause the conditions upon the obligations of the parties hereto to effect the transactions contemplated hereby not to be fulfilled, including, without limitation, taking or causing to be taken any action that would cause the representations and warranties made by any party herein not to be true, correct and accurate as of the Closing, or in any way impairing the ability of Seller to satisfy its obligations as provided in Article VII.
