Annual Payment for Hours in Excess of Maximum for Employees Working Half-Time or More for Employees Hired on or Before June 30, 2013 Employees who regularly work one-half (½) time or more and who have attained the one hundred fifty (150) day maximum sick leave accumulation shall be entitled to receive payment for one-third (1/3) of the first twelve (12) days of sick leave for which they become eligible but do not use and would otherwise forfeit because of the one hundred fifty (150) day maximum limitation. Determination of eligibility for such payment shall be made on an annual calendar year basis, and payment for such sick leave for any calendar year shall be made not later than January 22 of the following year. Such payment shall be made at the employee's salary rate in effect on the preceding December 31 and shall be made only in units of whole days and not for any fraction of a day.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes. Regardless of how payment is issued or received for a TIPS Sale, Vendor is responsible for all reporting and TIPS Administration Fee payment requirements as stated herein.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Payment for Working Overtime (a) For all work done outside ordinary hours, the rates of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time.
