Annual Medical Examination. Employer agrees to make available to all Corrections Officers one (1) annual medical examination; provided, that such examination shall be conducted by a medical doctor and facility designated by the Sheriff or his designee.
Annual Medical Examination. All full-time employees will be allowed to use one sick day for an annual medical examination if required by the Employer or legislation. Application for such leave shall be submitted in writing to the department head at least one (1) week in advance.
Annual Medical Examination. Executive agrees to make himself available for an annual physical examination at a location to be selected by the Board of Directors and at the expense of the Company and that such medical examination will be completed no later than April 30th of each year.

Annual Medical Examination. The Superintendent agrees to have a comprehensive medical examination performed once during each twelve (12) month period of her employment and to file a statement or opinion from the examining physician certifying to her physiological and psychological competency to perform his duties with the Clerk of the Board. Such statement will be treated as confidential information by the Board, and the cost of such annual medical examination shall be paid for by the Board.

The Superintendent shall have a comprehensive medical examination, prior to the commencement of the Contract term and each contract year thereafter, and a statement certifying to the physical competency of the Superintendent shall be filed with the President of the Board of Education (sometimes the "Board") of the District and treated as confidential information by the Board. Any costs of said medical examination not covered by the board provided health insurance shall be paid by the district in accordance with the cost allocation standard.
Annual Medical Examination. The Board agrees to pay the reasonable and necessary costs for a complete annual medical examination of the Superintendent by a physician of her choice, once each calendar year.
Annual Medical Examination. The Superintendent agrees to have a comprehensive medical examination at District expense, by a physician acceptable to both the Board and the Superintendent, once a year, and to obtain a statement certifying that the Superintendent is physically able to perform his essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. This statement shall be filed with the President of the Board.
Annual Medical Examination. The City and Police Department encourage each of its employees to obtain a medical examination. It is further recommended that each regular police officer have such an examination prior to taking the physical assessment as required in Article 32, Section 1. The medical examination, if chosen by the employee, shall be paid by the employee’s health insurance provided under this agreement to the extent of the coverage. In the event that as a result of the examination, the employee exceeds the employee’s allowance for usual and customary office visits under the employee’s health insurance provided in this agreement, the City will reimburse the employee for any payment by the employee not covered by insurance for usual and customary office visits, and deductible costs, except that the total of such reimbursements shall not exceed the cost of the annual examination. In the event that the annual examination reveals medical conditions that require further examination beyond a normal and customary office visit associated with such an exam, the terms of the employee’s health insurance shall govern. The Police Department will maintain no records of this examination other than financial and other assorted records associated with reimbursement.
