Annual material. The MCOP must issue waiver handbooks annually to members enrolled in the MyCare Ohio waiver. The MCOP is responsible for ensuring that each MyCare Ohio Integrated Care (IC) Waiver enrollee receives the Waiver Member Handbook at the time of enrollment, and also at the time of each annual reassessment. The MCOP is responsible for ensuring that the Waiver Care Manager or Waiver Service Coordinator has verbally reviewed the content of the handbook, and the MCOP shall maintain documentation signed by the enrollee of receipt of this information.
