Common use of Annual License Fee Clause in Contracts

Annual License Fee. In consideration of the rights granted to Licensee in this Agreement, Licensee shall pay to Licensor, beginning within thirty (30) business days of the execution of this Agreement and continuing each year thereafter for the Term of this Agreement, a non-refundable Annual License Fee of US$15,000,000 (fifteen million) subject to 10% annual escalation compounded from the previous year’s Annual License Fee.
