Annual Forecasts. Contractor shall submit to DHCS at least 60 days prior to the beginning of Contractor’s fiscal year, an annual forecast for Contractor’s next fiscal year. Contractor’s annual forecast shall be prepared on the DMHC required financial reporting forms and shall include, at a minimum, the following reports/schedules:
