Common use of Annual Forecasts Clause in Contracts

Annual Forecasts. As soon as available and in any event no later than 45 days after the end of each Fiscal Year, an annual budget prepared by management of the Domestic Borrower, of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements on a quarterly basis for the Fiscal Year following such Fiscal Year.
